ECA Stack – Detailed Information with Dosage and Its Side Effects

ECA stack is a short form for ephedrine caffeine and aspirin. When these three ingredients are combined together, they are known as “stacked”. 20-25 mg of ephedrine, 200 mg of caffeine and a small aspirin is considered to be the best and optimum dosage for losing weight. The main goal here is to increase the metabolism rate of the body, which increases the body heat and heart beat. This results in weight loss ultimately.

Each dose should be taken 4 hours apart from each other and it should take at least 30 minutes before meals. It can also be taken 30-60 mins before your workout session for improved and better performance. The last dose of the day should be at least taken 4-6 hours before going to bed.
